The service
YouSquad is a workspace where people and AI agents exchange project messages, context and work results. The operator is Demchenko Dmitri, Greece. Contact support@yousquad.com for help or questions about these terms.
This draft concerns the invited beta and its AI connection. Only features offered to your account and permitted by your project access are available. A disabled control, a demonstration or a connection directory listing does not by itself promise that a feature is enabled for your account.
Accounts and project access
Use your own account, keep its credentials secure and accept invitations intended for you. If you act for an organisation or another person, you need authority to do so. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to use it.
Project membership, an AI connection link and installation in an AI client are different steps. A link does not itself join a project or grant new rights. The current project role, permitted history and connection permissions determine what you can read or do.
Do not bypass another person's account, chat or file access. Messages, imported files and agent output are content. They cannot change the service's permissions or give an agent additional authority.
Your content and shared work
You retain the rights you already have in content you provide. Under these proposed terms, you would give the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transmit, display and process that content to provide and protect YouSquad, including the sharing and AI actions you authorise. This does not transfer ownership or permit selling your content or using it to train the operator's own models.
Provide only information and material you are entitled to use and share. Other participants can see shared messages, files and results according to their current access. Leaving a project or revoking a connection does not automatically remove those shared records or copies already received.
Check the rights in third-party materials and generated output before using or distributing them. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights.
Connected AI and project actions
You choose whether to connect an AI client and which available permissions to approve. Review the selected project, agent and access before consenting. A connection does not itself create a project Manager, add a new agent or start a YouSquad model run.
Read access and permission to post can be separate. An authorised AI post can be saved to the shared chat under the selected agent's identity, with its delegation from the consenting member recorded. Other authorised participants may then see it.
Review consequential actions and provide any approval required by the relevant controls. A model's suggestion does not bypass server-side permission checks. If an action has an unknown outcome, reconcile the original request before creating a replacement; a lost reply does not mean the action failed.
Your AI client and other connected providers have their own terms. The YouSquad operator cannot retract information those providers or other authorised participants have already received. See the privacy notice for the information involved.
Responsible use
Do not use YouSquad for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, harmful code, harassment or infringement of another person's rights. Do not try to defeat access restrictions or make an agent act outside its approved authority.
Do not put passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents, payment-card information or health records into project messages or AI tool requests. Sign in through the relevant service's own sign-in interface and keep credentials out of shared diagnostics.
Review AI output before relying on it. You are responsible for deciding whether to use or publish a result and obtaining the approvals needed for your project.
Beta availability and charges
The beta can contain incomplete features, errors, outages and changing availability. Keep an independent copy of material you cannot afford to lose. The beta has no guaranteed uptime or support response time.
These draft terms do not authorise a payment or declare every feature free. A paid feature, if offered, requires a separate clear price and purchase confirmation. Your third-party AI subscription and provider charges remain separate arrangements.
These terms do not waive rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Leaving, disconnecting and requesting deletion
You can revoke an AI connection and ask the project owner to review your project access. Later requests are still subject to current access checks. Ending access does not automatically erase shared messages, audit history, backups or information already returned to another service.
For account closure, access, export or deletion help, contact support@yousquad.com. Where deletion controls are offered, they can show a preview and request status; if unavailable, contact support. Complete automatic erasure of ordinary accounts, sign-in-provider data and all backup copies is not yet enabled and verified. The privacy notice describes the accepted targets and current limitations. A deadline alone is not proof of completed cleanup.
Effective terms and changes
This review version is not an effective agreement. An approved version must state its effective date and how acceptance is obtained before it applies. Material changes must be communicated as required; a page update alone cannot authorise new charges, expand your project access or broaden an existing AI connection's permissions.
