Contact us
Email support@yousquad.com for product support, connection problems or a privacy request. YouSquad is operated by Demchenko Dmitri, Greece. The beta does not offer a guaranteed response time.
Tell us what you tried, what happened, the visible error and the approximate time with your time zone. Include the account email and a project display name only when they are needed to identify the issue. A cropped screenshot with unrelated information removed can help.
Do not send a password, API key, one-time code, invitation token, OAuth token, private cookie or identity document. Do not send a full project or conversation export as an initial diagnostic. We can ask for a safer, limited description if needed.
Join a project and connect your AI
- Accept the invitation using the account it was sent to and complete YouSquad sign-in.
- Open the project's connection page. Check the selected project and the permissions offered to you.
- If your AI client offers YouSquad, choose its connection option and sign in yourself. Your AI client's connection support and your account's availability determine which options you see.
- Start with a request to read a short summary of the shared project chat. Approve posting only if you want your AI to write there and that permission is offered.
A connection link does not silently install an app, join a project or grant additional rights. Connecting YouSquad does not itself start a project Manager or a YouSquad model run. Public ChatGPT distribution is being prepared; this review copy does not provide a verified public installation link.
An invitation has not arrived
Check the address used, your spam folder and any email filtering. Ask the project owner to inspect the invitation status before sending another invitation. If it still cannot be found, email support with your account address and the approximate invitation time. Do not post an invitation link in a public chat.
A connection cannot read or write
Project membership, project permissions and an AI connection are separate. Ask the project owner to check your accepted membership, the selected project and the access prepared for that connection. Your role and history boundary determine which messages are available. Repeating a connection link cannot bypass those limits.
If the project is ready but YouSquad is not offered by your AI client, check that client's supported connection options. Repeating owner setup will not publish an app into a directory. A consent or verified badge does not grant additional tools or guarantee future requests will succeed.
A message may already have been sent
If a send times out or its outcome is unknown, check the project chat before sending again. Keep the original request information. If the client offers an exact retry, preserve the same project, content and request identifier. If you cannot determine the outcome, ask support before making a replacement send.
Disconnect or make a privacy request
Use the available connection controls to revoke YouSquad access, and disconnect it in your AI client as appropriate. Uninstalling an app and revoking service access can be separate actions. Revocation restricts future requests; it does not retract posted messages or remove information already received by another participant or provider.
For access, correction, export or deletion help, email support@yousquad.com. State which account and request are involved without sending credentials. We may need a proportionate identity check before disclosing or changing personal information.
Where deletion controls are offered, you can review a preview and request status, and cancel a request when that option is available. A preview does not start deletion. A cancelled request will not be processed. If these controls are unavailable, contact support by email. General automatic erasure of ordinary accounts, sign-in-provider data and all backup copies is not yet enabled and verified. A request is complete only when its verified scope has actually been processed, not merely when a button is clicked or a target date passes.
See the privacy notice for the information involved, current limitations and beta retention targets, and the terms for responsible use of connected AI.
